long long day..
Hmm.. one of my longest days in tjc.. ends at 4.30pm.. haha =P sorry to all have a longer time table than me.. lol.. had full lessons all the way till 4.30, except for a break during my cg's chinese lesson.. hehe.. kinda saturated after lunch.. dozed off during gp and econs.. didnt absorb much either.. seems like long days dun work for me.. after the mentally challenging hours of studying, went to had pe even though it was drizzling.. kinda of cool to run in a drizzle, but half way through it downpoured(if there's such a word).. ya so u cld see us running and chionging and sprinting to the sports complex, completing the 400m small jog aso.. haha.. then had conditioning, which im nt really coping.. been a long time since i really trained so ya died.. almost.. did more conditioning with soda daryl chin hock and si yao later.. doing some lame stuff like do standing board jump backwards.. and the wierd push up where u have to slide down head first with ur butt arced and down.. realli time to start getting fit.. only can do a few pull ups now.. sian.. haha.. anyone can tell me y abs are higher on the left than the right? it looks really wierd.. anyway to correct it? not trying to say tat i have.. its nt in shape.. hehe.. old le.. haha.. arms are really skinny too.. =P
