lol so fast 200 posts already. hmmmmm.
went for home visit today. brought only the year1s and one other year2 to the home. most of them the first time here, and for some their first time to an elderly home.
finally managed to get the leos to be part of the elderly physio programme. everytime go always dun have. yayyy the physio thingy wasnt actually quite physio aso la. it was just to move their bodies about. almost all of the elderly were wheel chair bound and the games were between them and leos. quite fun la. but sometimes when u see them also feel very sad. simple acts like throwing a light ball at some fake bowling pins aso cannot. put ball inside a box aso miss. all the things tat we take for granted all cannot. hmmmm.
then after that had to feed them their lunch. but somehow the lunch came abit late and we talked with the elderly and i kinda started a massage service for the elderly. lol some of them quite funny la. somehow today's home visit felt very different. i tink its just becos after i see my ah gong inside a home, i feel more towards them. hmmm.
yeap. just got the letter from mindef! hahaha im officially PES E1L9! E1 means that i am able to participate in simple observance parades and LIFE activities, while L9 means i am fit for sedentary duties at the Bases in MSA(eg. Ops room, techinical or clerical duties)
