this change is beyond recognition. guess it was after my grandfather's demise tat made this change in her. yup its a good change, but i guess im just still not used to it. too nice for me. lol.
was just thinking about this when i walked home frm the interchange today. the weather was so freaking hot. yeah its global warming. and of cos its the increasing greenhouse gases trapping the heat again. since they are in the atmosphere around 7-17km from the earth's surface, whatever we are doing now is just trying to slow down the effect of global warming. the underlying meaning is tat all this big hooo haaa about the effects of global warming is still going to take place. but of cos we should still carry on with whatever we are doing to slow it down, plainly because nobody wants it to happen to us. i guess tat theres still some selfish-ness in man. i mean it sounds quite extreme, but if we say we don't want anything to happen to our future generations, shouldnt we, like how a parent would selflessly die in place of his/her child, accelerate global warming and let it take place faster? yes its a warped idea tat makes no sense at all, considering tat man has always wanted the best of both worlds. its just this little thought of mine.
and when i was younger, always tot i wanted to save the world. really thought i could rid the drought in africa by putting a huge chunk of ice frm the poles there. hahah wad an innocent thought.
then as i grew up and the neWater technology was developed, i tot we could help africans by investing the technology there, coupled with additional farming technology and extensive reforesting schemes, im sure there would be much changes to be seen. hahah tinking too much. aint no environmentalist or geographer to consider the environmental effects.
seems like i have an affinity with africans. -.-
