YAYYY!!! just finished my last napfa(ippt) of my ENTIRE LIFE!!! muahahahahaha. =D dun jealous u people. hehe
anw i got 28 points, 4As, 2Bs frm sjb and 2.4run. hahahaha and didnt get to own the class in pull ups. just didnt felt like i could do more. hmmm.

-shuttle run 9.6s *i did 3 times! first time over shot line after first turn. 2nd time kicked away the block i was going to pick up at the first run. then 3rd time was successful. SO embarassing la! hahaha
-240cm sjb *first two tries 220+++ then damm worried i couldnt get my gold. but the last try did it. =D heheh heng..
-11.03min 2.4km run. *so hot... me and the weather. really tot i cmi already. was just aiming for a C. i guess mental strength counts afterall. =D hehe. first round was crazy. more than half of everyone running at 1.30 then i was like 1.40. zzz.. and screw those ppl who cut so much into the D-areas. cheaterbugs. -.- of cos as usual kai sheng owned everyone. =)
did the whole bloody napfain a fever. -.- hot sia.. but the run seemed to have dispelled some of the heat. now not so hot. haha
wad a nice ending to my napfa life! straight golds all the way frm pri3 or 4 when we started. =D heheheh.
but im still AhWeak. =)
