when i was in sec4, my school put us through a motivation camp. wasnt really motivating but i managed to come up with my own ten year plan. let me share with you and you can see how much i have succeeded.
2005- still in sec4. get below 8 points, 2pts allowance for english and combined human-s. (i got 12pts. more than self explanatory through simple deduction since my lowest grade was B3)
2006 - get into TJ (well i did get into tj for first 3months but got kicked out eventually. but made a comeback though so i guess im not too off my plan)
2007- A levels year. get like 4As. for the 3 sub + GP. tat time still dunno about the new syllabus. (well.. results arent out yet but im definitely not going to get my 4As)
2008- yeah its this year. get the MOE scholarship and go ntu to study something related to math. and serve ns of cos. (hmm.. not much confidence in getting the scholarship yet. and im considering nus instead of ntu now.)
2010- complete ns and start studying in ntu.(ntu courses are all 4 years min except business.)
2014- grad from ntu with first class honors. (lol...)
2015- grad from nie and start my teaching career thereafter.
OBVIOUSLY, my plan is very abstract. very simple. i have thought too simply and many important details werent covered. it is a very optimistic plan i would say after attempting to carry out this plan for 3 years. i thought tat really really hard work could get me the results tat i wanted. but i forgot that things dun work our way all the time, and if you have been a loyal reader of my poorly updated blog, i dun like things to go out of my control and plans. yeah so i was devasted twice, first being the O level results and second when i was kicked out of tj. luckily i managed to make a comeback else i would have suffered in all untold misery for the previous two years.
so yes. there will be major changes for my plan. not really sure wad though. but yes. thanks to soedar and santawut(nathawut actually but tats wad he called himself during xmas season) for making me realise how fluffy my little plan was. its like self realisation. was just talking to them abt uni, scholarships and life after tat when they unintentionally rang the bell. hahah thanks. i always tot it was pretty impressive to have a ten year plan. lol.
we shall see. =)
